Loose tangents

Not one for expensive hurdy gurdies here, but if you have a loose tangent, and the usual methods just don't work (rizla etc), I have found that a fine sliver peeled from a piece of bamboo skewer inserted down the side of the tangent shaft at the same time as the tangent shaft itself does the trick. It needs to be very thin.

I expect the Hurdy Gurdy makers will be throwing up their hands in anguish at this one..... :P
