How to use the forum

Hello, welcome to the Hurdy-gurdy Forum. We are an online group for hurdy-gurdy players and enthusiasts. Hopefully you will make some great gurdy friends here, chat about tunes, events, workshops and strings and fluff. Swap information and stories and so on, and learn more about the best instrument ever!

Due to the large amount of spam registration attempts we have disabled registration. In order to join the group send an email to gurdyfest"at"yahoo.co.uk (replace "at" with @) and tell us your choice of username and why you want to join the bulletin board.

First you need to register here: http://gurdy.co.uk/forum/ucp.php?mode=register
Next visit the User Control Panel in the top left corner, or click here: http://gurdy.co.uk/forum/ucp.php and fill out your profile. You will then be able to post on the forum. Have fun and be nice!

Hi Sylvian, go to User Control Panel, click on profile tab then edit avatar click on browse and find a photo/pic from your computer it must be 90x90 pixels or less...(if you need to resize a pic first download a free photo editor programme like Irfanview) Scott :)

When you join the forum, you need to post an introduction so we know you are real. This helps us to recognise and remove spammers from the forum. :)
