Baroque replica hurdy-gurdy from antique wood for sale

This instrument was originally built as a replica in 1978 and has been very recently refurbished by Hungarian hurdy-gurdy maker Robert Mandel. One of the attached photos is the image of the original instrument that was used to build the instrument.

It is for sale in the UK for £1500 which includes the shipping costs (Shipping is arranged via a tried and tested, therefore trusted Hungarian company who has experience shipping delicate instruments. Shipping time is variable depending on their schedule, but should not be more than 2-3 weeks)

Type of instrument: vielle de cour (copy of a small French baroque hurdy-gurdy)
Chromatic scale, full 2 octaves 23 keys,
Traditional tangents made of maple
Scale Length: 34 cm (13,3 Inches)
Gut strings (can be changed, or add 2 more strings)
- 2 drone strings
- 1 trompette string
- 2 chanter strings
Tuning: C/G at 415 Hz
Traditional tuning pegs
Made of 100% high grade solid wood (70 years old wood material)
Traditional matt finish
Teflon bearings
Main Body: Maple, mahogany, pine, ebony
Wheel: solid pearwood
Tangents and other mechanical parts: Maple
Keys: mahogany
Crank: maple
